Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without cancellation fees, up to 24 hours before your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, for cancelations within 24hrs of the appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to the credit card on file. If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the service amount. If you “no show” to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full service amount to the credit card on file.
